He  is the head of a top secret

organization called FEMA, 

or should I say the organization is the head of Obama?

It started out a LONG time ago,

 and was supported by MANY presidents.

Back then it was a disaster relief organization.

They were charged with assisting those,

 in things like hurricanes or tornados.

More recently 

it has become 

a substitute for 

the governments power;

the government gave them almost total power!

Obama has taken that as his "gospel"!

He has had them buy millions of bullets, not the kind for practise,

but for killing instantly!

He has enough,
 to kill,

 the US entire population 4 times!

They have bought 100 emergency vehicles,

with high quality tech devices!

These have NEVER been use in ANY disaster relief program!
